No bots, no runaround
- If something arrives damaged or isn’t right
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it in full. For opened food items, no return shipment is required — we can’t responsibly resell anything that’s left our hands, so we make it right directly.
- Unopened, unused products
- Soap bars and sealed jars or bottles in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus return shipping. Message us first so we can issue a return authorization.
Why opened food & wellness items can’t be returned
Raw honey, dried fruit, and cold-pressed oils are consumables. Once opened, we can’t verify storage conditions or guarantee purity for resale — so opened items fall under the quality guarantee above, not a return-and-restock policy.

- Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- Gifts
- Gifted something that needs a return? We issue store credit directly to you — the gift-giver doesn’t need to be involved.
